SUMMARY:
The CFO is the senior finance position in the N.A. This role provides strategic leadership, a consistent financial perspective and makes critical management decisions for all finance and accounting functions on a regional basis for the N.A. Division.

 
Job Scope:
  • Ensure that the company issues accurate and timely consolidated financial statements.
  • Direct the timely reporting of forecast and financial statements and SEC reporting.
  • Appraise the Company’s financial position and issue periodic financial, tax and operating reports to management
  • Achieve corporate financial objectives by directing the preparation of the annual budgets, taxes, income statements, operating budgets, forecasts, financial projections, expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions for multiple business units.
  • Manage critical investor, banking and vendor relationships.
  • Recommend opportunities to improve business growth, efficiency and profitability and manage execution.
  • Responsible for SOX Compliance of operations.
  • Investigate and evaluate opportunities for merger and acquisition; design and execute due diligence programs.

  • Exceptional communications skills including presentations to various internal and external functions, including the Board of Directors, customers and vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability and focus to develop, communicate, motivate and manage toward a strategic vision.

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting or related field.  MBA and CPA designation highly desirable.
  • Previous experience as a CFO or financial executive with multi-site responsibilities; global expertise desired.
  • 10 - 15 years of progressively responsible finance and operational experience.
  • Experience working with a Board of Directors, investors and investment community.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial accounting principles, financial controls, income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, operating plans, budgets and projections, banking relationships.
