Account Manager​

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our exciting team! 

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain customer profiles and accurate contact information
  • Proactively contact customers to constantly gauge customer satisfaction, effective solution use, potential jeopardy account
  • Proactively contact customers to make them aware of all products and services available 
  • Determine opportunities to improve the customer experience and help the customer achieve their desired outcomes
  • Initiate/uncover sales opportunities within the customer base and cross/up-sell 
  • Achieve quarterly and annual retention goals
  • Meet organizational objectives relative to customer satisfaction metrics
  • Deliver value to every client
  • Submit reasonable recommendations for improving retention process efficiency
Requirements:
  • Superior communication and people skills, high energy and great attitude
  • 3-5 years successful customer support experience
  • High levels of social perceptiveness and customer service
  • Self‐driven, motivated and results oriented
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
  • Skills complemented by exceptional written and oral skills and strong organizational abilities
