Responsibilities include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results.

1). Support operations and Group Controller on monthly financial close process, to include:
Review of P&L statements and accounting system to ensure appropriate accounting at the location level.     
Analysis of monthly and year-to-date operations performance with Ops personnel to explain variances of actual results to expected results (Plan and/or Forecast).

2). Act as liaison between field operations and corporate financial functions, including: Completion of requests for capital expenditures.

3). Participation in the development of Pricing for new and/or incremental business.

4). Support the Ops team and Director in recurring financial reporting, including Forecasting & Business Plan development.

5). Conduct periodic audits of operations to ensure the Corporation's control processes are being followed.

6). Train on-site Ops personnel in the use of the Corporation’s financial systems and the various reports.

7). Support the implementation and tracking of margin improvement initiatives at the location level.

8). Participate in implementation of new business as relates to start-up, capital purchases, cost tracking, and establishment of financial controls and procedures.

9). Manage and develop finance and finance support staff in assigned organization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with an MBA/CPA strongly preferred.
  • 6-8 yrs finance/business experience.
  • Supervisory Experience.
